Buy Food With Plastic has two primary goals: to counteract plastic pollution and extreme poverty.

At events in Ghana, Nicaragua and India, the local population can exchange collected plastic bottles for hot meals. These plastic bottles are then processed into new products, some of which we will offer for sale here at the Travel Clinic UZH.

The first product we would like to present to you is a handmade picnic blanket. This blanket is made from recycled water sachets and is handmade by seamstresses in Ghana. Each piece is therefore unique!

The blanket is perfect for relaxing hours outdoors and will be a dependable tool on your future adventures. Whether you're having a picnic in the park, at the beach or enjoying outdoor activities, this blanket is the perfect companion. It is not only comfortable and durable, but also handmade, stylish and unique.
