To help you enjoy the colder months with greater peace of mind, now is a good time to think about your vaccinations. Vaccination against flu and Covid-19 can help reduce the risk of severe illness.

New in 2026: no deductible

For certain groups, basic health insurance covers flu and Covid-19 vaccinations regardless of whether the annual deductible has been reached, provided the criteria for coverage are met. The 10% co-payment still applies. You can find further information about coverage from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).
